Breathing Being, which provides mind and body therapies based on a fusion of health psychology, psycho-education, yoga therapy, mindfulness, breathwork and neuroscientific understanding. These complementary approaches are used to encourage the prevention of health conditions and support others in improving the quality of their lives. Through this integration we are able to develop programs tailored to individual needs from a mind-body-brain perspective. Our aim is not just to help you to but to also build your internal confidence in your own health management. We offer one-to-one therapies, workshops, lectures and retreats.
