Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy – appointments not canceled / canceled on the day of your session are charged in full. If the customer arrives late he/she will be entitled to the remaining time of the treatment. Should the therapist arrive less than 10 minutes late for your treatment she will still carry out the treatment for the full amount of time that you have booked. Should the therapist arrive more than 15 minutes late or have to cancel a treatment with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be entitled to a free session.

Please note that home and workplace visits outside Central London and South London may incur an additional travel fee.
Fees for one-to-one therapy
Therapy Sessions or Follow-up Assessment by zoom/Skype:
60 minutes: £70
90 minutes: £105
Creation of home/workplace therapy programme:
This can be a cost-effective option where the therapist provides a tailor-made program for the client, possibly including a video and a personalized audio relaxation to be downloaded to your computer or mobile device, enabling you to practice at home in tandem with clinic sessions, potentially reducing the number of clinical sessions required. Please ask for more details.
